Oh ye, Borovan! How much I love thee.
Your cup is round and rising steam I can see.
Your brown bubbles are a delight,
While I sit here snuggled up with warm fire light.
Do you take milk, sugar or a splash of cream?
Each cup you have, is like living inside a warm dream.
Do no put down thy cup of borovan, oh no!
Its warmth protects against the cold outside, eww, snow.
Everyday should be Borovan Day!
We could sip, be merry and watch our troubles just melt away.
Where as I need to stop, oh I could talk about this, on and on.
But I need another cup of borovan you see, as I begin to yawn.
Morning, day or night, borovan is always great!
Send me a letter, come on over, let’s make it a borovan date.

It's starting to grow on me, it's not a waste.

On the 20th day of December,
The day of fun has come.
For Neopians to gather as one
To enjoy some Borovan.
But as you drain your cup,
And as the last drop fades -
You might begin to wonder:
How exactly is it made?
Well head down to the kitchen,
With beloved cup in tow.
And the list of items here, 
To make the drink we love and know.

Begin with some hot chocolate 
All warmed up in a pot. 
Then add some chopped asparagus
But don't drink yet though; it is hot!
Now add a touch of cinnamon,
And mint leaves if you so please.
To get the burst flavour 
That would explode upon your lips. 
Now pour it all into your cup - 
Be careful not to spill.
All is almost done, but 
There is still one more detail:
Upon the piping cup you'll add 
A layer of whipping cream.
With chocolate flakes to top it off,
Such a delight, wouldn't it seem?

Now you have a cup of Borovan! 
Enjoy it all when you can.
And when you're done with it,
Make another to enjoy then!

On days when just one mug will not
suffice to quench one’s thirst,
nor two, nor three – can satisfy 
the taste discovered first
when one Neopian did mix
asparagus and more:
Hot chocolate, to be exact,
not knowing ‘twas in store.
Since then, so many different tastes,
varieties of such
that still retain its essence have
emerged, not changing much.
On those days for those who can’t get 
enough of this sweet drink,
for those, no mug will be enough.
But ‘twon’t be hard to think
of a solution: yea, behold!
A fountain, decked with stalks
of quality asparagus
to cause others to gawk.
The sentiments this sight creates
of perfect harmony,
may well be caused by its sweet flow,
idyllic symmetry.
So if you crave more Borovan 
on this Borovan Day,
just try a fountain of the stuff,
and joy will come your way.

We sometimes crave a cup

the snowiest of days. 

Some consider its flavor
to be quite odd
It is an acquired taste
Only the finest Neopians

On this day,

are passed around of course
The question is, of all places
where will you enjoy yours?

Most ‘Pets flock to Terror Mountain
to enjoy the wint’ry view,
while others head to their own homes
to “personalize” their brew. 
I heard a rumor that Moltara’s
hot and humid air
can keep this drink warm forever
A good thing about Borovan:
You can savor it wherever!

and so, I dedicate this poem to
