4th October - Grarrl Day!
- The 60th edition of the Neopian Times

- Yeah! Grarrl day is here at last. To kick things off Grarrls now have three new Battledome Abilities - Grarrl Stomp,
Grarrl Glare and Grarrl Fire Breath.
- We have a new Mystery Pic today, the answer to the last
one was 'The Giant Grackle Bug'.

- The Chocolate Factory, Bakery and main Food Shops have come together to make some great new
Grarrl Day treats.
- We have noticed some people selling Neopoints on various auction sites. This is absolutely,
completely, utterly, and beyond a shadow of a doubt against the rules. Anybody who buys or sells
Neopoints for real money will have all their accounts frozen. Sorry about that, but it just prompts people
to cheat others to sell their stuff, and therefore we have chosen to ban it.
- The Book Shop has some
great new Grarrl related books including Grarrg's autobiography and
Teeth Sharpening Tactics, how can any Grarrl afford to be without them?
- Grarrls can now be painted Skunk and Baby at the
Rainbow Pool.
- Why not send your friends one of these great new Grarrl related
Neogreetings?
- Today's Pet Spotlight goes to Cordari, an Island Grarrl.
- The Colouring Pages in the Haunted Woods
have been updated.
- The Grooming Parlour has everything

3rd October
- The winner of a new Poetry Contest have just been announced.
- Some new pictures have been added to the Art Gallery.
- The Peophin and Techo are the latest Neopets to be added to our
How to Draw section.
- If your Neopet is bored of every book you buy them, why not try one of these new handy guides
that have just gone on sale in the
Book Shop.
- A new Caption Contest has just begun, as it's Grarrl
Day tomorrow (hint for anyone that hasn't sent in their Pet Spotlight entries) it has a Grarrl theme to it.
- A Neopedia article about Meridell's most fascinating Potato Related Game
has just been launched.

- CHAMPIONS OF MERIDELL returns! Yes part 6 has just been
uploaded so click the picture below to watch it (its about 600k so may take a while over a modem). The next part will
be coming very soon.

- Just a note to say that everybody is getting logged out now (10:16pm NST), so don't worry, just re-enter your
password to continue playing the site. We may also have a bit of downtime over the next hour or so, but it's just
us reconfiguring the database :)

- Yes, in case you didnt notice the happy Starry Scorchio at the top
of this page - Starry Scorchios are coming out in Limited Too on the 12th of October! Not just

- UPDATE - Just a note to say that the next part of the plot is coming very very soon and we have started
on the enemies for the war, w00t!
- We have finally fixed Deckball, it now gives you
Neopoints and there is a high score table. The scoring is a bit different but we hope you will like
it :)

- There are now loads of Tonus and Draiks to choose from as shopkeepers for
your shops.

- Well the weekend went without any crashes, and we managed to get 520,576,000 pageviews, another new record!
