11th and 12th January
- The latest edition of the Neopian Times
is hot off the press. Be sure to read it if you want to catch up on the latest gossip, stories and articles or
simply to giggle at the fun comics.

- We have tripled the Neopoints you get from each game of Zurroball!
10th January - Buzz Day (well almost)
- Buzz day is officially tomorrow, but as that is on a weekend we will be starting the
celebrations a day early. We kick off with the Pet Spotlight
award which goes to Biggie_Size, the Robot Buzz.
- There are some new Buzz Fun Images that you
can use to brighten up your shop or webpage :)
- Buzz now take 20% less damage from Air attacks in the Battledome!
- There is a two page Buzz Special in the Art Gallery
today.
- We have added lots of things all over the site that change your Neopet's happiness. Yes,
it didn't do much before, but it is about to play a major part in how you play the site!
- Oh no! Looks like the destruction of Meridell didn't end yesterday. Poor
Illusen had her glade smashed to bits and
all it looks like there won't be any games of
Guess the Marrow in the near future.
- Mmm... mmm.. just look at all the great new Buzz related foods on sale in the
Food Shop
and Chocolate Factory!
- Buzzes now have three new Battledome Abilities -
Buzz Glare, Buzz Air Shield and
Buzz Assault
- We have a new Mystery Pic today! The answer to the last
one was 'The Sign-Up Lightbulb on the Front Page'.
- There are some new Books
on sale that are all about Buzzes.
- You can now paint your Buzz Plushie or Striped at the Rainbow Pool.
- For all of today and tomorrow Cap'n Threelegs
will be giving free training to any Buzz that visits him.
- A new set of Buzz battledome equipment has just gone on sale. If your Buzz is wearing this shield, sword,
blaster and helmet combo he/she will rule the battledome!
9th January
- The full extent of the damage on Meridell can now be seen. The Turmaculus is missing, Cheese Roller
has been ransacked, and Ultimate Bullseye has been mangled. Oh no! Sorry about the slow plot progression,
we promise more soon :)
- Make your Stamp Collection
the coolest ever with these new Tyrannian stamps.
- Better Than You has just been launched. Can you beat
Captain Threelegs at Zurroball?
- Yay! More Poems have been added!
- We changed the scoring for Zurroball as there was a bug that
allowed people to score hundreds of thousands of points with combos (oops!). We have wiped the high score
tables as a result.
- A new Caption Contest has begun.
- We added a second rollover on the Front Page of the site. Every time
you refresh a different one will appear! Hold your mouse over our logo to see them.
- Pizzaroo has
three new pizza flavours on sale - Chocolate Chip, Cherry Cheese and Spicy Taco.
- The Art Gallery has a Create a Stamp
special at the moment.
- Today's Site Spotlight award goes to
Nefelim99 and Vixyen, the Mutant Korbat.
- Ooooh! Ixis can now be painted with the Lost Desert Paint Brush.
- Kauvara has just finished up a batch of Lenny
Morphing Potions.
8th January
- NEW GAME - and about time too! The latest addition to the Virtupets Space Station is
Zurroball, the intergalactic game of keepy-uppy!
YEAH!
- Woo hoo! - Lots of new shields have been added to the user lookup page so now it should show the
correct month.
- Plushie Tycoon now has a high-score table. Every month its
5 points for first, 3 points for second, and 1 point for third place.
- The new Lenny Conundrum has been launched (at last!) The last
one was a bit tricky, but the answer was 123. There were 93 tiles that were I (93 points), and the
word AUDIO (or similar 5 letter word with one consonant) could be spelled with the remaining tiles, as the
D was the wildcard. This would give 15 extra points, or 30 if the double word score was used. Hehe.
- Three new recipes have just been discovered at the Cooking Pot,
can you figure out what they are?
- We have a new Mystery Pic today. The answer to the last one was
'The Quiggle Warlord Collectable Card'.
- Usuls can now be painted Rainbow, just like the Plushie :)
- We have blocked people from posting links on the message boards. Sorry about this, but it was causing too
much strife for our monitors, and the links were mostly just for guilds and beauty contest entries anyway!
- Make your Neohome a real talking point with this stylish new
Furniture
made entirely from orange Jelly!
- The Art Gallery has a two page
New Year special on display.
- This week's Petpet Spotlight goes to
a Snowbunny called Zetirauqalil.
- Now you can own the Orange Draik you have always wanted...
Just grab hold of an Orange Paint Brush and head to the Rainbow Pool.
- Some new foods have just been released including the rather unusual
Sparkling Mint Dessert.
7th January
- As a reminder, Buzz Day is this Friday so you should send in your Buzz related pictures, poems
and Pet Spotlight entries as soon as possible if you want a chance of winning.
- Strange... an awful lot of Jelly Foods have began circulating in the Market Place.
There must be a shop selling this stuff somewhere in Neopia...
- Today's Site Spotlight goes to Diamond__One and

- You can now learn how to draw a Miamouse with our Draw Petpets
step by step guide.
- Lennys now have a new Web page.
- Equip your Neopet with these delicious Grape Jelly battledome

6th January
- Myncis now come in Orange.
- Just a quick reminder - please please please stop the chain letters in the message boards and trading post.
You will not get rich, super lucky, or in any way benefit from sending anything to 50 people, it just makes our
site slower. We will start freezing people who spread chain letters soon, you have been warned.
- Better late than never :) There are some new Aisha related pictures in the
Art Gallery.
- Today's Pet Spotlight is shared by AzureSkyz and SafyreSkyz, a
Draik and Aisha owned by Cynnick.
- There are two new Snowy Valley Stamps
to collect.
- A new Caption Contest has just begun and it seems
