24th December - Day of Giving (early)
- Hanso sacrificed himself to stop Xandra... What will happen now? Take a look at the last chapter of the Faeries' Ruin to find out. Also keep a look out for an Epilogue and the Prize Shop, coming soon!
Note: The plot is over, but the puzzles will still be available until the end of the day NST on 31 December. (That is, until 2010-12-31 23:59:59.) As soon as it's 2011, the puzzles will be disabled so that we can tally scores. So complete those achievements while you still can!
- Happy Holidays! Everyone here at Neopets Headquarters will be pretending to celebrate the holidays with family and friends this year. Starting on Monday until the end of the month, we will sit in the office and pretend we have the whole week off! To make sure you really believe us, we're not even going to update the news this whole time. *cough* We'll return Monday January 3rd in time for the New Year to celebrate with you guys and show off all the cool items and features we have in store for you! We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday break! We'll miss you!

- Neovia is beautiful this time of year. Take the scenic route and admire the snow all the way to The Crumpetmonger. You can stop by for some freshly baked cookies to take back with you!
- Celebrate the Day of Giving with some wonderful Poems, such as 'Winter Starlight Celebration' and 'Even the Evil Need Gifts'!
- Stormcort's festive Neohome has been decorated to suit the holidays! Check out their Neohomes Spotlight winning home! :)
- The faeries will have no time to rejoice. Although they are free, it will take a lot of work on their part to help rebuild Faerieland. It looks like they've made a bit of progress, though...

23rd December - Ogrin Day (reeeaaally early)
- We are having Ogrin Day celebrations really early as we are closing the TNT HQ for the holidays next week... We will post more information on this tomorrow. :( Sorry everyone!

- Calling all level builders! We need some talented cave explorers to try their hands at creating awesome levels for the Kreludor Cave Of The Week spotlight! - Wrath of the Snowager is here and waiting along with our New Game Challenge. If you beat AAA or Abigail's scores you can earn prizes. You can also take on Lulu in the NC Challenge for an additional prize. You can buy a New Game NC Challenge Game Ticket at the NC Mall!
- Alert! - For the next day or so NC Gifting will be down for maintenance while we add a new Gift Box Mystery Capsule. This means you will not be able to gift NC items to a Neofriend or receive NC item gifts from a Neofriend. But don't fret, we will be back up and gifting soon!
