27th and 28th September
- Have you been sending your games scores up to five times per day? :) Don't forget, Scores Galore is still here, so make sure you make the most out of each Games Room visit if you can!
- Need to add more items to your collection? The Neopian Post Office has two new stamps for you to add to your album!
- The NC Mall and Premium are back!!! Hooray! It looks like there still might be some issues to work out, but for the most part, we seem to be up and running. :) Please continue to send in any bug reports if you see anything. We really appreciate your efforts! In the meantime, here are some key points for you:
NC Mall
- There was a glitch earlier that prevented item purchases from showing up in your inventory. If you had NC deducted but no items, please write in to Support with your purchase details and we will make sure you get the items that you paid for!
- We have extended a bunch of end dates for items that were set to retire earlier. Please take a look and make sure you grab the items you want before their new retirement date! :)
- If you had any open Fortune Cookies or other items that you couldn't use due to the transition outage, please contact Support and that will be taken care of.
Membership
- You should be able to access the Manage Membership page now. Phew!
- To make up for time that was lost, we will be granting free days later next week!
- Also next week, members will get make up scratchcards for the ones that weren't awarded.

- Good news! It looks like the Caption Contest is working again. If you have a witty caption for last week's image, now is the chance to send in your submissions.
- The Random Contest has been postponed until further notice. It looks there was an issue with submissions, and we want to give you all a chance to send in your entries once everything is back up and running again! :)
- We will be continuing to work on our huge bugs list - thank you so much for all the reports that you have sent us so far! :)
26th September
- Hello! We were hoping to give you some updates today, but unfortunately we were unable to get to our goals in time. Please enjoy what little new content we have today. We are hoping that tomorrow will be a better news day. :(
- It looks like someone had a lot of excess snot available as a crafting supply over at the Haunted Weaponry...
- Take a look at today's selection of Poems, including titles such as 'An Ode To Wonderclaw' and 'Plight Of The Paint Brush'!
- It looks like there was an issue with submitting Art Gallery entries, after all. So sorry for the confusion yesterday, everybody! :( We have added the Art Gallery to our bug list, so hopefully we can get this fixed as soon as we can.
25th September - Annual Gormball Championship (late) and Skeith Day
- Good News! We have been able to fix a few things and we are continually working to fix more. *reaches for a bottle of water* Phew! We are still working on getting some site spotlights up and running again, so we apologize for some missing content (and broken Mystery Pic... sorry!). We will try to catch up, though! Meanwhile, here are a few of the things that we fixed:
- User Shops: You can now purchase items from other players' shops. Yay!
- Auctions: Auctions should be working correctly again. Items that were stuck because of an unsuccessful auction and/or NP that was in escrow because of unsuccessful bids are now being released and confirmation messages are being sent.
- Create a Pet: If there are any Poogles left you should be able to create them. (And any other Neopets you want, of course.)
We are currently working on unlocking accounts that have been locked by too many tries logging in etc. We are hopeful that you will all be back and playing Neopets on your main accounts very soon. Thank you so much for your patience, everybody! :)
- Scores Galore is here!!! Hooray! Now until October 5th, you can send up to five scores per game every day. :) Head on over to the Games Room and start playing!
- If you are a Gormball fan, you may want to visit the Plushie Palace. We heard there are two new plushies for you to purchase!
- Celebrate the Annual Gormball Championship a little late with Poems titles such as 'The Sugariness Of Gormball Gumballs' and 'A Day At The Gormball Games'!
- Happy Skeith Day! Skeiths can now be painted in Desert and Eventide colours at the Rainbow Pool.
- This week's Site Spotlight winner is cornflowerblues with their Pet Page, 'Masquerade'!
- Our missing Poogle colour from yesterday is here. You can now paint your Poogle in a Dimensional colour at the Rainbow Pool.
- There is also a selection of Skeith-themed Poems available. Check out 'Double Or Nothing', 'The Mighty Skeith Bank Manager', and more!
- Ever stop and admire the flowers when you were playing a game of Gormball? Now you can, wherever you go, with this new foreground from the Ugga Shinies shop.
Pretty colours!
- The winning Kreludor Cave Of The Week belongs to desirethin and is called 'Smile!'
- Oh, look! Skeiths can now become a chimney sweep by putting on this new outfit from the Clothing Shop.
- Calling all artists! If you would like to be featured in the Art Gallery, please submit your images today! We would love to showcase some great Gormball or Skeith themed artwork tomorrow, but we need your help! :)
- Last but not least, Poogles can now choose items from a brand new outfit at the Clothing Shop.
24th September - Poogle Day (sort of) and Faerie Festival
- We are back! ...Well, mostly. We are still working on getting all our systems back up and running. Unfortunately we are still experiencing some hiccups here and there. We tried to salvage as many news items as we could for an update today. However, you will see some spotlights and content missing... Sorry about that! We will try to fill in the gaps tomorrow. Gormball Day stuff as well as our currently missing second Poogle colour will be (hopefully) released with tomorrow's news. Thanks again for your patience, everyone!
- Happy (really late) Poogle Day! You can now paint your Poogle Wraith at the Rainbow Pool! Also, you will be able to create new Poogles today, so please visit Create a Neopet if you haven't done so already! :)
- There is a collection of Poogle Poems available to read. Check out titles such as 'The Royal Poogles' Waltz' and 'Fifteen Minutes'!
- Feel like celebrating the Faerie Festival? Why not try by playing a tune on this new flute from the Neopian Gift Shop?

- If you are in the mood for Faerie Festival-themed Poems, you are in luck! We particularly like 'Translucent Faerie Wings' and 'Rumor Of Ilere'.
- We heard if you are able to find a certain hidden shop in Faerieland, you will be able to purchase this Nuria doll to add it to your collection... :)
- This week's Gallery Spotlight winner is 'Gormball Explosion', by brutalitops!
