1st and 2nd November - All Hallows' Eve
- Happy Halloween! It looks like you can now paint your Lenny into a zombie at the Rainbow Pool. Watch your brain, though!
- The Poems page is full of great Halloween titles such as 'The Scariest Halloween' and 'Ode To The Candy Corn Classic'!
- The next round of the Beauty Contest is about to begin. Head on over and vote for your favourite. You can also take a look at the three winners of the last round! Congratulations to Hijohu, Rennance, and Luxa!
- Have you explored Neopia, yet today? If you haven't, don't forget to look for your Trick or Treat bags. :) (We heard there are five that you can collect!)
- Oh, look! If your Elephante is a Zombom fan, they might want to use a Halloween Paint Brush at the Rainbow Pool.
- The newest issue of the Neopian Times has been released! Keep your eyes open for great stories and adventures like Getting Ready for Halloween and Fridays at Midnight.
- More spooky images are up on display at the Art Gallery! We hope you take the time to stop by for a peek. :)
- Halloween Shop Last Chance! This Sunday, November 2nd is your last chance to visit the spookiest shop in the NC Mall. Watch out for the cobwebs!
31st October
- Halloween is just around the corner! We hope you will be staying up until midnight (NST) tonight. When the clock strikes, it will be time to go trick or treating! Make sure you find all the goodie bags and open them for a spooky treat! :)
- Key Quest Update! - We know that everyone (that includes us) has been anxiously awaiting the return of Key Quest. However, due to many bug fixes taking priority on our list, Key Quest has been pushed back quite a few times over these past 4 weeks. In the process, we also discovered that we were missing essential files to get Key Quest up... *collective groan* Yes, we know. :(
The good news is, we think we have finally recovered the files we need... but we are still in the process of compiling everything together. Unfortunately, that means that at this point, we are unable to determine exactly how long it will take to get Key Quest back. Nevertheless, we wanted to give you an update to let you know that we are working hard to make it happen!
In the meantime, we will continue to focus on fixing bugs and providing new content as well, where we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated, fellow Neopians. Thank you!
- If you have a Gallion or a Wherfy, you can now turn them into zombies at the Petpet Puddle! (We hope you have the right paint brush! Faerie doesn't count.)
- Take a look at today's new Poems! There are titles such as 'Jhudora's Confession' and 'The Deserted Fairgrounds'.
- You have to be extra brave to venture into this week's Neohomes Spotlight winner, 'All Hallows Manor'! Congratulations, spooky_enchantress!
- There is a new Mystery Pic competition. The answer to the last one was Acara Cabbage Cake. 54 people guessed correctly, earning them 37,038 NP each.
- It looks like things are starting to look quite spooky at the Art Gallery. Come check it out!
- MOPS the Barlow has won the Petpet Spotlight this week!
- Celebrate Halloween by taking a stroll into Grave Danger! Equip your Petpet with the Illuminant Head Lantern or the Adventurers Sword and Shield from the NC Mall to get access to exclusive NC item prizes. Hurry though, rumour has it they will be going away soon. Enter if you dare.

- Trick or treat! The winning User Lookup of the Week is Halloween-themed and belongs to _lyke_orly_!
- This week's Gallery Spotlight winner is arkwright for their gallery, 'The Neovian Museum'!
- We hope you don't get lost in the woods from this week's Caption Contest image!
- There is a new Mystery Pic competition. The answer to the last one was Baby JubJub Morphing Potion. 99 people guessed correctly, earning them 20,203 NP each.

- Last Chance! This Friday, October 31st is your last chance to bop ghosts from the Haunted Hijinks! Each time you take out one of the graveyard's ghosts, you will earn an exclusive Halloween-themed NC item prize. Head on over to the NC Mall and pick up a mallet pack before the ghosts go back to sleep! If that's not enough Halloween fun for you, be sure to visit Dyeworks to dye Halloween items before it's too late!

- Someone must have ventured into the deep forest to bring these new items to the Haunted Weaponry shop stock!
- New titles, such as 'An Ode To Omelettes' and 'Rutu's Elegy', have been added to the Poems page!
- Today's brand new Story Telling beginning was submitted by rielcz.
"Well..." Esterhazy started with a gleam in his eye. "What if we were to hold a 'Dr. Sloth Lookalike' costume contest? You can give them all pointers on how to be a better you, and how to train others--"
"I like this idea," Dr. Sloth said, interrupting with a truly malevolent grin.
- xoGhostox the Xweetok has won the Pet Spotlight this week!
