8th and 9th November - Pteri Day
- Happy Pteri Day! Pteris can now be painted in Stealthy and Camouflage colours at the Rainbow Pool.
- Thank you to all who have submitted entries to our last Random Contest! We had so many fun caption images to choose from, so we ended up with 15 first place winners. Hooray! Check them out at the spotlight, or keep an eye out for them in upcoming Caption Contests.
- The Poems page is full of Pteri Day poems such as 'The Tale Of Gif'n' and 'Winged Foe'!
- The next round of the Beauty Contest is about to begin. Head on over and vote for your favourite. You can also take a look at the three winners of the last round! Congratulations to Natoi, Nerfed, and Mr_roar!
- The newest issue of the Neopian Times has been released, and it is a special Brightvale University issue! Keep your eyes open for great stories and adventures like Happy Neopets: Pteri Edition and Brightvale's Biggest Secret.

- There is a new Mystery Pic competition. The answer to the last one was Chunk of Meat Stamp. 123 people guessed correctly, earning them 16,261 NP each.
- If that cake didn't help you find your way home, you might have to ask this newcomer at the Plushie Palace. He might only be able to direct you to Krawk Island, however!
- Batty the Barbat has won the Petpet Spotlight this week!

6th November
- Professor Milton Clodbottle's Astounding Habitarium experiment has come to an end. As a thank you for helping with all of his research and making Habitarium what it was, please visit the Habitarium page to collect your prizes from the professor. It was a great run, everyone. Thanks again for playing!
- If you have been struggling to make a bonfire, the Magical Bookshop might have just the book for you. This might come in handy if you have a holiday to celebrate! :)

4th November - Slorg Day (late)

As Neopia's anniversary got closer and closer, Jennie became more and more worried.
She had no idea if she'd make the deadline in time to have her float entered. The parade's committee needed to see her finished float this week, in order to make sure it was sturdy and would not fall apart during the long ride down Neopia Central's streets...
- Well, after following that path, we just ended right back at the Neopian Gift Shop. There appears to be several Slorgs you can make friends with on this new garland!
I found him! Looks like he was with his friends.
