Hello TNT! Thank you for bringing so much content to the site. I've been a loyal Neopian for so long; it's good to see activity again. The recent event happening in Meridell, find the Dragoyle, is a great addition, but seems like it may be broken? I missed yesterday, because I couldn't find the Dragoyle in time. Today doesn't look promising either as I've been refreshing all over Meridell for hours and my color remains elusive. This is disheartening, because now I've missed a day, but what's worst is I've already spent the NC and now I've missed out on the dress. Is there something wrong with my code or am I really just that unlucky? Please help. I truly love participating. Thanks! ~~ilovejonulrich
Once they find a spot they like, Dragoyles tend to stick around, so you should have more luck if you expand your search rather than checking again in areas you’ve already looked.

Recently, you guys have added a bunch of avatars that are very limited to many people (Stamp avatars are expensive, and event avatars are easy to get but people coming back will miss out on them). Can you add more general avatars, like for games, pets, etc? Easier things that are accessible to most people with some effort. Things like Stamp avatars or the collectable card avatar you guys mentioned are cool and reward those who have built up their collection, but widely inaccessible to 99% of the neo population (especially any collectable card avatar, as you need 365 cards which is hundreds of millions of neopoints). Isn't it time we got some avatars that anyone can get (with some effort?) Thanks!~~berzerkturtlez
Several more avatars are on their way, and they’re accessible to all (with some effort). Keep a look out in the new features section for updates.

Hi TNT! So the new premium features are great! But with the pet change I was wondering why it seems you are able to create an Ice Bori? Those had been given out only as a promotion for downloading the Neopets toolbar waaaaay back when. I had one from that long ago and thought it was they would never be released again. Are they now released for everyone or is this a glitch that needs to be fixed? Thanks so much!~~greenj12356

If the new species changer was used on UCs, would the pet stay UC or would it be converted?~~brynchilla
Unfortunately you cannot species change UCs.

Hi TNT! I'm soo happy to see these new perks for premium, especially changing pets to new colors or species. However, I've seen some users exploit the system, as if you change your pet to a species that doesn't have the same color, you can pick any colour! Is this against the rules?~~dilanche
This is not against the rules. We understood that some user saved up a lot of points in order to paint their pets with valuable colours, and during the switch if the pet isn't in the colour you want you can change it to a list of different colour options we are okay with.

Donny's Corner: Donny and his crew are finally showing up to work again so it appears they've been getting some stuff done. The work report shows that 30 items with issues in naming/categorization/activation/description/icons have now been fixed.
