 Petpet Name: Pollen Owner: valentine_skittles Pet Name: Jasmine_sweetflower Breed: Dragoyle About Pollen: One day I decided that my cute little shoyru, Jasmine_sweetflower, should get a petpet. By now she's old enough and responsible, and I have enough money for a wide selection of petpets. Not to mention that she's been bugging me about it ever since I promised she could have one. So, we started to explore different lands and their petpet shop. "What kind of petpet are you thinking of?" I asked. Jasmine frowned, thinking. "I don't know. I want my petpet to be able to fly with me, and I want to be able to paint my petpet pink or disco someday." I thought about our options. "Well, I'm guessing that rules out Maraqua and some other places. Lets check out some other places." We looked some more, visiting the Rainbow Pool to see petpets being painted. We also looked at paint brushes. "Wow!" I said, "Pink is expensive!" We saw a lot of petpets, but the only ones Jasmine liked were too expensive for my current budget. "I'm sorry, Jasmine, but I can't afford a Feloreena right now. Lets go to Tyrannia." So, we went off to Tyrannia, where I couldn't understand anything they were saying. "Ugg Ugga Ugg Ugu Ugga", said the shopkeeper. "Um, right. Just look around, sweetie," I told Jasmine. She walked through the store, inspecting the petpets. This shop was laid out very differently than all the other petpet shops. Most of the petpets were out of their cages wandering around the store and playing with the petpet supplies being sold. The shop owner didn't seem to mind, so I assumed it was normal. I wandered around a bit, avoiding a spiky tail, until I noticed Jasmine holding a little yellow petpet. "I don't think you're supposed to pick them up, Jasmine!" I told her, hurrying over. "But I didn't!" she protested. "He was flying around the store, and he landed on me. Can I have him, please?" she begged. I looked at her. I could tell she really loved this little Dragoyle, and he certainly was cute. No spikes. I checked the price tag on a cage. A little expensive, but definitely affordable. Not only that, but Dragoyles are able to be painted pink. "Yes, of course!" I said. We hurried over to the shop owner, who said "Ug Ugga Ugia Uggina?" I paid for Jasmine's new petpet, and then headed home after a long day shopping. "I'm going to name him Pollen, because that's what he looks like. He looks just like the pollen on a flower!" I smiled as I watched Jasmine_sweetflower cuddle Pollen. "Why don't you go outside and play with him?" I suggested. Jasmine put a small harness on Pollen, who chirped, and they scurried out the door. "Let's go flying!" I heard her say, before they took off into the sky. I sat down on a comfy chair, and I began to doze off. Maybe someday we can go shopping for petpet paint brushes . . .
