 Petpet Name: Meow Owner: proagain Pet Name: Woof Breed: Halloween Ona About Meow: It was a quiet night in Neovia, and nothing but thick fog patrolled the pavements. Well...almost nothing...A small Halloween Ona though, peered around the town’s gates, checking there were no Neovian citizens around. He swiftly ran through the fog, ducking to make sure no one would catch a glimpse of him until he eventually arrived at the house behind the Tailors. He burst through the door and slammed it shut while leaning against it to catch his breath. A Zombie Buzz popped his head around the door at the end of the hallway. “What’s wrong now?” asked the Buzz. “I thought this town was freed from the curse, but I swear the undead still walk here.” “Well...technically we’re undead too,” said Woof as he folded his arms in a rather disapproving manner, “so I suggest you get back out there, and make sure no one sees you for goodness sake!” The Ona sighed and slowly opened the door, but before he closed the door and turned around and whined. “Do I have to do this?” he moaned. “Yes! Go, now.” shouted Woof. Meow slammed the door behind him and darted back through the fog until he arrived at the town’s gates. He peered at the forest facing Neovia and once again noted that it was dark, creepy and stale. He hated walking though the forest alone. After a scary encounter with a fangless Barbat with a grave fascination for food much larger than himself, he made it out of the forest and into the Deserted Fairgrounds with only very few scratches and bite marks. He crept his way past the scamming stalls and dangerous rides until he reached a rickety potion stand, occupied by a conspicuously sly looking Blue Krawk. “Hey pal, wanna buy some potions?” grinned the Krawk. “Go on, I’ll knock some Neopoints off ‘em for yer,” “Actually, yes I do. I want that green one, right there.” nodded the Ona. The Krawk grabbed the dusty bottle and pulled out the cork. He sniffed and shook his head, as if his brain and exploded. “That’ll cost yer boy. Blimey, that’s a strong one.” said the Krawk, gasping for air while slipping the cork back into the tiny bottle. Woof slammed a bag of Neopoints into the Krawk’s greedy hand and snatched the potion from the other. He thrust the potion into his pocket and ran towards the forest. He eventually made it back out of the forest, this time only losing one ear, and cautiously tiptoed back through the quiet town of Neovia. Upon reaching the house, the door opened before he could reach the handle, and there stood an eager Woof rubbing his hands together. “Come on, get inside before anyone sees us.” he beamed. Meow handed over the potion to Woof and cowered as he approached the cauldron. Woof slipped the slimy green contents into the hissing cauldron and dipped a small cup into the toxic-looking fluid. “You know...” cried Meow, as Woof took a sip, “I have a very bad feeling about this potion. Remember what happened last time someone in this town bought something from that guy?” “What?” said Woof, peering at the little Ona with three eyes.
