Pet Name: Faracles About Faracles : I have always been a curious neopet, ever since I was created as a red scorchio. I love to read, and when my owner SirenHound happened across a magical red meerca plushie, I just had to take a look. By the time SirenHound got home from the Bookstore with my latest set of books, the damage had been done, I was a red meerca, but I looked purple. SirenHound was not impressed. Being a meerca was terrible! I just wanted things to be back the way they were. I thought I'd rather be ANYTHING but a meerca! I was wrong. The next day SirenHound went out to try and find something that could change me back into a scorchio, but he said he couldn't find anything. Most of the magical plushies he found were too expensive at the time, but he did manage to obtain a magical red chomby plushie. At last I could stop being a meerca. Being a chomby wasn't that bad, except that I looked more pink than red. My owner's brothers were starting to label me the 'pink pansy chomby', but things were to get worse. It was during this time that SirenHound decided to get another red scorchio, Talorse. It seemed he was giving up on me and it looked like I was headed for the pound. What's worse was the painful reminder I got every time I looked at Talorse, of the creature I was, and may never be again, that's when I started to take some risks. I acquired a kiko transmogrification potion and thought that being a cute little kiko might not be as bad as a pansy chomby, so I gulped it down. It was a vile liquid but sure enough it turned me into a kiko, except for one thing, I was hideous. Thinking this could be fixed by more potions I became a mutant chia, and finally a mutant moehog. I was still very ugly and very depressed, I tried not to let it show, but SirenHound knew. One day he came home with a big grin on his face. 'What is it THIS time' I wondered, worried he was going to pull another transmogrification potion out of his bag, he'd been saving up for something but wouldn't let me know what it was. What he pulled out was not another potion but a blue paintbrush. 'What's that for?' I asked, 'To cure you, silly!' he responded, and painted me a nice blue. I felt heaps better. SirenHound says one day he hopes to save up enough for a scorchio morphing potion and change me back into a scorchio, but I think I'm starting to enjoy life as a moehog, and I may just want to stay that way! Besides, two scorchios in the family is just too much!
