You walk up a stone path to a small neohome in Neopia Central, just three rooms. A very excited blue kacheek runs out the front door to meet you.

"Hi!" he says breathlessly. "My name is Gordyla. Welcome to Kimla65's (and my) neohome!"

He seems genuinely pleased to see you standing there. You follow him into the cozy neohome. There's construction being carried out in the back. Right now it's nothing much. There's a lounge, a bedroom, and a garden. Gordyla leads you to his room.

"Here's my bed," he says, pointing to a regal oak bed in the center of the room. It's surrounded by sand sculptures and bean bag chairs.

"I love sand sculptures. My owner, Kimla65, knows that. So she buys or makes me some at the cooking pot. She also makes sure that I have lots of toys and plushies."

In the corner you see a toy chest filled with toys, and blue uni, poogle, and kacheek plushies on a shelf. An old purple poogle toy lies on the bed.

Suddenly, a large yellow poppit zooms through an open window! He takes the purple poogle toy in his mouth and soars away.

"That was just Bumble, my petpet," Gordyla explains. "He saved my life once. Check out Kimla65's neoadventure, 'The Case of the Barbed Wire' for details!"

You walk out past the garden, through the lounge with the comfy stuffed couches and chairs, and out he door. Soon you come to a shop in Neopia Central.

"This is our shop. During the day, this is where I work. It's really a lot of fun, you know. I like to watch all the different people and neopets coming in. Seeing them smile when I compliment them on something makes my day. Kimla65 says that I'm a terrific Neopet because I'm always so nice to everyone. I just think it's important to make other people happy.

"You know something? Every day you see all these neopets who can speak 20 different languages, or founded their own Neopian secret service agencies. They're always the types of pets who are featured in pet spotlight. I always thought that once in a while, pet spotlight should feature an ordinary pet, the kind that works every day and has a simple life. Because it isn't just the millionaire businessmen and women that make a country or world what it is. It's the ordinary, regular citizens that make it what it is. And just because they're not famous or rich, they're still special and unique and should be recognized."

"Gordyla!" you hear someone yell.

"Oh!' Gordyla exclaims. "That's Kimla65. Looks like the work day is over. She stocks the shop and earns money so I can sell things. Then we go home and read the books she buys me and play games. Well, bye! Thank you for your time!"

Then the happy little kacheek runs to join his owner, and they walk contentedly down the street.
