 Pet Name: shnufy Owner: giraff42 Breed: Kougra About shnufy: “Maybe we should go back?” You wake up on a sandy beach with the sound of two people talking. Before opening your eyes you try to remember what happened. “Shh! It’s away.” You quickly open your eyes. Two kougras are staring at you from behind the thick forest. You sit up and think… The last thing you remember was being on a cruise when all of a sudden a storm came over. “What is it Shnufy?” You look back to the two kougras talking to one another. They look back at you and look at each other. They looked about the same size but that was all that they had in common. One of them looked like it was made out off… cloth. She had a huge smile on her face and lots of different coloured patches. The other kougra on the other hand was fully grey and never smiled. She seemed sad and annoyed at the plushie kougra that was trying to get on her back to get a better view. “Get off me!!” The plushie kougra tumbled out of the foliage and into the light. It was defiantly made out of cloth and patches. “Eh? Hi. I'm Shnufy. How did you get here? What are you doing? Do you live here? What species are you? I'm a kougra.” She kept going. “Hold on a minute. Shnofy?” “Shnufy!” She giggled madly. “Shnufy, where am I?” You ask dumbstruck. “Why Mystery Island of course!” Shnufy turned around at the grey kougra, “Get over here Air! It’s safe.” The grey kougra gloomily walked over to Shnufy, who was at this stage standing on her head. “Look what I can do Air!” Shnufy wiggled her paws in the air and giggled madly. “I don’t care Shnufy,” she rolled her eyes. “So… Who are you?” “I'm… I'm…” You stammer. “Arh. No time for that.” Air got impatient and started walking back to the jungle. “Where are you going Air?” Shnufy got back on all fours. “Home. I don’t like it out here and you know it!” She walked off muttering to herself. “Well… While you’re here I'll tell you about myself. I'm Shnufy, I'm a plushie kougra.” She smiled proudly. “My owner, Bex, says I haven’t always been a plushie. I used to be a plain old blue kougra. Bex said that before she found me that she had other kougras. Fly was one of them. She is a spoilt faerie kougra that knows magic. One day Bex took me out for a walk to Faerie Land and Fly followed us. Bex showed me the Healing Springs, the Queens Castle and the Rainbow Pool. Bex started going but I stayed at the Rainbow Pool and curiously dipped my paw in. All the colours of the rainbow went up my arm and I lifted my paw out and it was blue again. Fly came up behind me and pushed me into the pool and said a few magic words and… I came one like this.” She pointed to her plushie coat. “Fly flew away and Bex came and took me out of the pool. She was so happy with my new colour. Plushie pets are really rare.” You stare at the plushie for a while. You turn your head towards the sea lapping at the shore. “Shnufy…” You turn around but you are alone…
