 Pet Name: OutCastMinion Owner: i_luv_horses2007 Breed: Ixi About OutCastMinion: It's a fine day in Neopia; the sun is shining, the spirit of giving is in the air, so you decide to head to Meridell to play Ulitimate Bullseye. It seems that everyone is happy; who wouldn't be? As you're going about your merry way in Meridell, you stop by the food shoppe. You grab a bite to eat, then sit at a nearby table near the door. Suddenly, a very terrified, green ixi bursts in, and dives under your table. Before you can cry out, he looks up at you with pleading purple eyes. "Don't shout, please. Can you help me?" You suddenly have compassion on this bedraggled ixi nod and offer him a bite of your potato. He scarfs it down quickly, then seats himself at your table in an empty chair and turns to you. "Your hospitality is great, I thank you. Now then, I'm OutCastMinion, but you can call me Minion for short. You're probably wondering what's gotten me so shaken up." He pauses and regains his composure before moving on. "I've been running from my siblings. They're furious at me because I bought the entire Lab Map set; I spent our entire bank account on it. All I wanted was for us to be able to be painted our favorite colors, but after I've seen what has become of some of the pets who have gone through the Ray, I'm having... second thoughts." Minion cringes, but continues. "My siblings believe that the only way to teach me a lesson is to send me through the Ray each day until I change species or color. Believe me: it is not a pleasant experience. So I've been running from them, from Neopia Central, to here in Meridell, to the top of Terror Mountain, to Tyrannia, to Mystery Island, to Krawk island, to the Lost Desert, and back again, hoping to find a place to hide until I can get rid of the map and never have to go back." Minion pauses and peeks over his shoulder nervously. "Listen, I don't want to sell this map set to you; it's too dangerous and I don't want you to suffer the consequences, but I have a plan to solve the pains of the other pets and myself. Come closer." You hesitantly lean closer to the ixi as he whispers in your ear. "We've got to destroy the Lab Ray. If I tell you where it is, will you help me?" You shake your head no. Destroy the Lab Ray? How absurd! "I though you'd say so. I've said too much." Minion says sadly. He hangs his head. "Very well; you may never hear from me again." With that, he runs out from the shop. Moments later, a red pteri flies in. She looks around, then spots you at your table, looking perpelexed. She flies up to you and perches on the empty chair where Minion was moments before. "Hi, I'm Tye, have you seen my brother? He's a short green ixi.... goes by the name of Minion..."
