Brewing up a Spell

Wing of buzz and eye of mortog,
Plop them in the bubbling bog.

Brain of Sloth and wings of faerie, 
Now we're getting somewhere scary. 

Claw of Krawk and hoof of Ixi, 
Don't stop stirring this part is tricksy. 

Now bank the fire way down low. 
Let it simmer then add a toe. 

When the solution glows stoke that fire high. 
Scream your spell as the embers light the sky.

Breathe in the vapors of the foul concoction, 
toss in scarabs without caution. 

Slime of slorg and Esophagar mucus, 
And tooth of that ol' kougra Rufus. 

Don't stop now we're almost done, 
This'll make those meepits run. 

Ah but the last ingredient is missing, 
Oh what a horrible indisposition. 

We can't stop the brewing now! 
Oh where is that good for nothing Kau?

To fail because of one ingredient less!!!
but then timidly I hear,
"Muh muh muh Ms. Edna, do ye have a quest?"

Is part of an exclusive club.
We all adore its silly face.
It truly is a winsome grub.

Its mouth is open in a smile,
So goofy, sweet and full of fun.
The Slorg's the best of Petpets, and
There's really no comparison.

Its eyes bulge open with such zeal.
They sparkle with such manic verve.
The Slorg is so enthused and wild.
I love its crazy, loopy nerves.

The Slorg has many, many fans,
And I am one of them, for sure.
I love Slorgs quite devotedly,
And for my love, there is no cure.

There is a Robot Slorg!
Going around cleaning grease off the floor
Creaking and clunking all around
Suddenly you'll hear that very strange sound.

They're programmed to help, don't you know?
Sometimes you just gotta go with the flow. 
There's a stain in the middle of the kitchen, you say?
Just wind one up and send it that way! 

They can buffer it up all nice and clean,
Less work for you to do, know what I mean?
If a Dung Slorg slithers on through, 
That may not be the job for you. 

You could kindly asked the Water Slorg
To handle the chore, so it doesn't get bored. 
And go plug yourself back in and get some rest, 
While the other Slorgs put themselves to the test. 

Slorgs do their own thing, I think it's safe to say,
They are each good helpers in their own way. 
What does the Dung Slorg do? Leaves some poo! 
You know what that does? Leaves the Water Slorg something helpful to do! 

Gotta love their smiles and their bright eyes, too.
If you want some good helpers, maybe some Slorgs will be just right for you! 
They can be fun to watch all day!

A Slorg Takes A Stroll Through The Haunted Woods

The scene is set with scary sights,
Sky spotted with stars and a silver sphere,
Sundown signals the start of the shadows,
And a slorg slimes slowly near.

Spirits set up shop between stray stones,
Seeking slimesicles or a snorkel snout,
Sidney’s scratchcards sell on special,
And the slorg slimes slowly about.

Stories are spawned and secrets swapped
As silent silhouettes slyly spy,
Sinister skieths squabble and steal,
And the slorg slimes slowly by.

There are strange and sticky substances,
Steaming and simmering in Sophie’s stew,
In the smelly swamp with its smoggy slopes
And the slorg slimes slowly through.

Spirited screams and squeals and shrieks,
As shadows shift in a spooky soiree,
Spyders on strings shiver and stare,
And the slorg slimes slowly away.

Slorgs Over the Hills
