The Glory of Meridell
By Songful

Over many a plain and snow-capped peak
That grasps for cloudless skies;
Through forests deep and grasses long
A land of splendor lies.

Sleepy farms for acres sprawl
Beneath a sphere of gold;
Where flowers bloom in fields divine,
And trees there stand of old.

Meridell! The winds here call
For bounty crests the land;
The blue-red flag hovers above
A castle large and grand.

The palace glimmers mystically
Against the glare of light;
Its many windows speckle
And glow like gemstones bright.

Your name we hold in majesty
It looms above the rest;
Meridell! Of you we speak
With honor and high zest.

Meridell, oh Meridell!
For you a feast we hold;
Rejoice with us, the day is here
Let now your fame unfold.

Kiko Lake, the Forgotten
By Elvin28

Calm were the waters over Kiko Lake,
Gentle were the lapping of the waters,
Glowing sands under the orange moon's wake,
Silver cast over the circular huts.

Peaceful were gentle sleepers,
The secluded island; their calming home,
Unaware of moonlit creepers,
Swept ashore on wave crest foam.

A small colony of Neopians
Thrive peacefully in its shallow cove,
Protected from both storm and gale,
A string of islands it wove.

Boats swayed as the tide rose,
Only ropes to hold them at shore,
To keep them tethered to the sands,
To a land of Neopian Lore.

The Secret Cry of Darigan
By Dreamhazer

Bracing against the stormy gales
In incessant stormy clouds,
We clap away the frosty chill
And spit upon bright Meridell.

We chew on thoughts of war and rage
And play the part of dutiful pawn,
Clinging to the hope for vengeance,
We denizens of Darigan.

At night a lullaby of smells
Drift up into our nose.
We sleep on saturated nostrils
From the rubbish dump below.

Meridell continues smiling
As we barely carry on.
"But there'll be vengeance for us yet!"
Cry the souls of Darigan.

Werelupe
By Spongebobfan484

A moonlit night
Reveals a fright
Lurking atop a hill;
Fierce winds howl,
The stench is foul,
The Werelupe's cry is shrill.

Glowing green eyes,
Tail rests high,
Bathed in moonlight is he;
Dirty shorts
Is all he sports,
Scary; you can't disagree.

Claws sharp as knives,
The robber of lives,
A bite from him equal in danger;
Your old self hist'ry,
Disappearance a myst'ry,
To your friends you are none but a stranger.

Too Many Petpets
By Chao_master850

I have too many Petpets,
At least a hundred and three.
I have too many Petpets,
And ten of them are Hasees.

My Kacheek is afraid of her Psimouse
'Cause its eyes glow purple and red;
My Zafara does not like her Bearog
Because it has more than one head.

The Puppyblew chases the Blooky,
And the Kadoatie cries a lot,
The Intesteen is really ugly,
And the Moltenore's way too hot.

I have too many Petpets.
Maybe I'll sell them door-to-door.
I have too many Petpets
And now there are a hundred and... four!
