Turmaculus...
By Mrpetterson93

In Meridell, there is a beast,
Who TRULY hates to roam.
He calls the center of the town,
His humble, lovely home.

And though he is quite frightful,
Young pets go to the test
Of seeing which one's Petpet,
Can wake him up the best.

From banging pans, and screaming,
To singing, hitting, and sneezing.
These pets will work until they are
Absolutely wheezing.

Sometimes these crazy methods work,
And from his slumber, he rises.
But when he's mad, he's often BAD,
And full of sad surprises.

Perhaps he will present you
With something you'd find great.
But every now and then, you find,
He does stuff you'd plain HATE.

It's really quite pathetic,
That pets are eaten daily.
But that's the fate that waits the fools,
Who dance around him gaily.

So you've been warned, he may seem safe,
But I assure you not.
For if you do not listen,
Harsh lessons, you'll be taught...

Jerdana
By Songful

In distant lands of old she ruled
Within her forests fair;
The lands bloomed free, new magic rose
Beneath her strength and care.

And in her eyes the stars were set
As light charms through her flowed;
Her heart was pure, her wisdom true
And reign to her bestowed.

Yet fables tell and stories sigh
Of her impending doom;
A lady bright of mind and whim -
Above whom perils loom.

For dreadful fate remained ahead
And dangers loitered near;
As spiteful spirits, firm and fierce
Came with a purpose sheer.

Yet wicked hands her power snatched
And shunned her from her throne;
In ageless tales her reign is mourned -
Long days of fate unknown.

Aisha Thieves At Play
By Anthony62490

Cramping muscles, frozen joints
Snowflakes lace my fingerpoints

Terror Mountain's such a pain
This is where we'll start the game

The shadows here are shades of blue
That our black coats cannot blend into

We Aishas do dislike the cold
And yet the thrill does not get old

Stealth is so hard to maintain
That just the thought excites my brain

This game, it calls for all my best
It puts my cunning to the test

Enough talk now, I must work quick
The front door opens, in I slip

I'm in your house without a sound
But you're too tired to look around

Your fire calls to ease my pain
From standing in the frozen rain

But you sit by that fire and let out a sigh
Under the gaze of my prying eyes

I creep down the hall and through a door
Looking for what I came here for

Your valubles are what I seek
I'll open drawers and take a peek

This jewelry here is what I lack
It's just the thing to fill my sack

This music box, this silver ring
Will surely make my brethren sing

Out your window, in the snow
For newfound wealth, I thank you so

Back at home, we count the spoils
Of cumulative works and toils

Another day, another plunder
Riches end up here down under

Sophie the Witch
By Alyndasgallery

In yonder swamp not far from here,
Within a haunted wood.
A chimney sends out putrid smoke,
As only cauldrons could.

A witch abides in this here house,
And Sophie is her name.
She's quite mixed up and messy,
Her potions often are a shame.

Lives with her pet Meowclops,
See him skulking 'round the door?
But he is quite content with
Eating tidbits from the floor.

What is this potion brewing,
In the study silver pot?
It surely can't be healthy with
The ingredients it has got.

So when you walk past Sophie's house,
When you're in the neighbourhood.
Be sure to help out with her brew,
The rewards just might be good!

Tranquility
By Amend_fan

Tranquil white moonlight
Shining through the Sakhmet streets,
Not a single soul in sight,
Just the moon and trees.

Down the radiant sun shines
Across deep-blue Kiko Lake,
Yellow and blue, oh when they combine,
Peace, just one word, peace.

Snow falling lightly
All down Terror Mountain,
Sun shining, not so brightly,
Still quite cozy.

All through Neopia,
Peace can be found.
Look for the answer why;
It's really quite profound.

Placidity, peace, serenity,
Blankets of snow on the ground;
There is a word for this, you see,
As simple as tranquility.
