The Festive Neopian Christmas
By Talekdolorn

The great Yule carols sung aloud,
The tardy snowstorm from the clouds,
To you it brings the festive mood,
Alongside greatest feasts of food.

Neopia is full of well,
With Raindorfs' sledge in vestured dell,
And spirit that is bound to give
A lot of presents, joy to live.

On mountainside of great Shenkuu,
Some merchants are awaiting you,
With flashing lights upon their shops,
And eastern lanterns lit atop.

A pirate ship with broken hull,
A place so gloomy, yet not dull,
The Island Krawk that welcomes all,
Of pirates' soul to epic balls.

The haunted forests' spooky trees,
The fearsome carnival of dreams,
The woeful legends here pass by
Entangling all that is alive.

The freezing mounds in arctic north,
A snowy vale that was brought forth,
The happy wintry Christmas land,
Where cheers and glee are hand to hand.

Above the clouds where faeries dwell,
A giant city full of spells,
With jolly folk that bounce around,
Without the worry left unbound.

And that's not all we have in store,
Neopia is full of more,
The Christmas here's the best there is,
May we surround you with our bliss.

Curse of Krawley
By Voldemorts_evil_spy

I'm a nightmare of the forest,
A denizen of death.
I creep among the shadows,
I stalk and take your breath.

The forest changed me over time,
I soon forgot my name.
The love I'd had was vanished,
As I slowly went insane.

I was no better than a monster,
As I flitted out of mind.
The months and days were leaving,
I saw no others of my kind.

In delirium I wandered,
And found a comfy place.
My brain began to spark and writhe,
A smile came to my face.

And as I came to Neovia,
My past became myself.
I embraced the curse of madness.
I allied myself with death.

I traveled to the little clinic
That sat upon a hill.
I quickly twisted things around,
And watched the patients' will.

The dark is so delicious!
I chuckle and I leer.
What monsters I've created!
With my genius I've made fear.

So if you wonder why I do,
The evil things I've done.
Just look into my yellow eyes,
Then turn around and run.

Jhudora's Regret
By Blackribbonrose

A mystery of Faerieland:
Young faerie with lavender eyes
Purple silky mane of hair
Pale skin, and smiles wise

When she was young, her words were sweet
Her gestures fair and kind
And as she grew her powers grew
And a glimmer traced her eyes

For though she was once innocent
Her heart simply couldn't resist
The dark magic that shaped her soul
Narrowed her eyes, clenched her fists

Her sweet faerie days lingered far in the past
And her soft tongue became harsh and sharp
She no longer spoke to her once-ago friends
As she gave herself to the dark

And as her power heightened so
And her laughter high and thin
She somehow longed for long ago
A small part of her, within

She shook her head and said to herself:
"I am my own's self now and so,
Alone I can become strong."
So from her murky cloud she peered below

And watched her sisters laugh and sing
Her old friends having fun that only faeries know
For they had forgotten her
Days and years, long ago

So there she stood atop her perch
Feeling slightly empty inside
For with all of her power and strength
She still yearned for more than just might

So days on, the faerie did what she did
In her throne of darkness, up above
But the faerie longed for something more...
Jhudora longed for love.

Faerie Night
By Laurelinden

The clouds are beautiful at night

Slivers pale shine, silver light
Floating masses, whispy bright
Moving swift, as though they might
Race the sun to make daylight

The winds are peaceful in the eve

Sighing whispers of the leaves
Faerie words, as if to breathe
The essence of the silken weave
Of darkness, sure to soothe, relieve

Dark faerie laughter is the night

Tiny wings beat as in flight
Crystal pinpoints shine the light
Of silver stars, twinkling bright
Though days must end, perhaps not night

The soaring clouds won't end tonight

Alas, poor Sloth!
By Schefflera

Alas, poor Sloth! He's been replaced.
So much for conquest, chicken-face.
So long to your ambitious chase;
To solve your puzzle we'll not race.

So long to rule, so long to dreams,
So long to all your clever schemes.
Though greed to rule may ever gleam
In beady eye in face of green.

Though Kreludor you have, it's true,
With orange Grundos not rescued,
With toys and robots still abrew,
Invasion plans are all askew.

For all the toys you tried to sell,
For all the pop-ups dodged as well,
For all your master plan so fell,
Your profit's not the one to tell.

For all you spent and all you made,
For all the robots of high grade,
For all Advert Attack has paid,
For all you may have planned to raid...

You're thwarted once again! We mock
You, draw your face upon a sock,
And gleefully deliver thwocks
Although with paper, not a rock.
