What Happened on Brightvale Day
By Dragonstorm_75

Brightvale Day was a special day,
And supposed to be quite nice.
I never thought it would start like this,
With the roll of a pair of dice.

Beneath a tavern's lofty awning,
Merriment was swept and sung,
As the dice did clatter 'round and 'round,
A wayward cube was cast and flung:

The little cube rolled to the bar,
And tripped the barmaid, (that's a scar?)
The rolling cups fell down a hill,
Descending to a farmer's mill,
Landing on the metal gears,
Clanging on beleaguered ears,
That startled whinnies to grind the grist,
And add some stone-grains to the list!

The royal bakers then took the flour,
They needed bread within the hour!
The lumpy dough was kneaded well,
(For in dough the chips did dwell.)
Before the king the bread was brought,
And devoured while slightly hot,
Then all felt the bread's sharp truth,
For poor King Hagan chipped a tooth!

And so did Brightvale Day commence.
It still went very well,
With dancing, cheering, singing too,
And Hagan's angry yell!

P3 Blues
By Mamasimios

My Skidget won't attach,
No, my Skidget won't attach.
I've tickled him on his scaly back,
But that Skidget just won't attach.

My Glyme won't jump on,
I say my Glyme won't jump on.
I've promised to throw out the Pest-B-Gone,
But still it won't jump on.

My Aboogala will not stick,
Nope, that Aboogala just won't stick.
I've tempted it with some Bacon Bits,
But even so it will not stick.

My Mootix will not bind;
It seriously will not bind.
I must have refreshed a thousand times,
But my Mootix refuses to bind.

My Pinchit won't adhere.
Sigh, that Pinchit will not adhere.
I've offered a Sturdy Stone P3 Shield,
But it wilfully will not adhere.

I've tried a Cooty, a Rainblug, a Zytch,
A Lady Blurg, Jermite, and Skritch,
But no matter what I try, these P3s defy
All efforts to make them affix.

Meddle Not with Snap Draiks
By Cookybananas324

Meddle not with Snap Draiks,
Though lovely they may be.
Their crimson shades accentuate
Their sheer ferocity.

Touch them not with garden shears;
You will not find it nice
To have your fingers caught within
The petal jaws' vise!

Meddle not with Snap Draiks,
For they have a nasty bite.
When the blossoms fight amongst themselves,
It can be a fearsome sight.

Attempt not to pick them
To adorn a vase or wreath.
The Snap Draik's snap is impressive,
For something with no teeth!

Meddle not with Snap Draiks,
If your garden you would enhance.
In peace if not excitement
You should seek out gentler plants.

Like a Pineapple
By Autotune

it's the season of sun
and fun and games.
Mynci Beach Volleyball,
sandcastles and
suntan lotion.
time to make a splash,
make some waves;
fun in the sun,
this Island paradise's
our tropical getaway.
summer, summertime
like red beneath your lids
like a most indulgent dream;
summer tastes of sweat,
sea salt, and exhilaration.
summer tastes sweeter than
the most exotic blooms
(renders one helplessly heady)
it's summertime, and summer
tastes just like a pineapple.

A Very Silly Kookia Poem
By Cherrytwee

The Kookiths flee in rampant flight
From morn 'til noon, and noon 'til night.
Rogues and rapscallions those cute Petpets be,
And they won't even pause for afternoon tea.

Their shade and form is but multifold,
Maddening visions of blue-yellow-gold,
That, simpering, sail from beam to beam
And chirrup in triumph with their little scheme.

The gleam in their eyes is caution enough.
The strawberry Kookith's subtle rebuff
Is the cause of all chaos, and the wisest know then
That Neopia's doomed -- it's the birth of the end.

The best have tried, and the best have failed;
Returned disappointed, with countenance paled
And nothing to offer, except a sad story
Of the Mutant Boss Kookith's consummate glory.
