Memoir Of A Beauty Contestant
by __miasmummy__

Look at me, I'm standing right here!
All dolled up and beautiful.
I primped my hair and puckered my lips,
So why do you try to ignore me?

Sure, I pester and poke you, pretending to care
What your precious board has to tell me.
I do what I do for the love of a trophy
And recognition for my glorious smile.

There's no need to lie, I know if you've looked
At the beauty that stands here before you.
It's fine if you don't want to take the time,
But you really don't know what you've missed.

Those votes I see are going to waste,
And you really don't need to be haughty.
So, look up my dears
And brighten up your world
With a glimpse of a beauty contestant.

Why Vandalism Is Bad
by Heartsnothaters

I tried to draw on Coltzan's Shrine
in a game of Truth or Dare.
I'd never want to upset the king,
but my silly friends don't care.
I walked up to the towering shrine
in the middle of the heat.
I took out a small pen and drew --
at first, it felt quite sweet!
I ran back happily toward my friends
and we admired my art,
a drawing of an ice cream cone
like the ones sold at The Cart!
The next day I came back to the Shrine,
the first daily I do each day.
My eyes widened and I gasped out loud...
my drawing's faded away!
As if that weren't bad enough,
the great King Coltzan shunned me.
I did not receive anything for days and days,
no food, stat changes, or NP!
Consider this my apology to you
if you're reading this, King Coltzan.
If you give me anything at all,
I will never disrespect you again!

Cellblock
by Battleplanet

I once played Cellblock,
And I was so in shock.
Never had a game been so fun,
Neither was Moltara Run.

I played for hours,
Till I needed to shower.
The amount of five thousand
Brought me to Darigan land.

When I got promoted,
I became so devoted.
The prisoners were so easy,
and Jelly World so squeezy.

But alas,
there were no more slacks,
For at the door
was Master Vex.

We twisted,
We turned,
Struggled,
Not to be burned.

Finally, a victor arose
The game guide was disclosed.
Vex had been defeated,
And his first was not his last.

The Duchess Vs. The Space Faerie
by Dortho

The Duchess from the Sway,
Just minding her own business one day,
Resting quietly in lawn,
While watching the sun rise
At the crack of dawn.

Something in the sky, falling mighty quick!
Moving quickly would have done the trick.
Landing in her lap, no need to unfoil it,
Was a big smelly, stenchy Dung Toilet!

The Duchess, in anger and despair,
Stuck her big snobby beak up into the air!
She took a deep breath
And cleared her throat,
And coughed up a booger bigger than a boat!

High up and away that snot did go,
Or at least, the Duchess thought so...
While cleaning off the dung,
She forgot to run,
And it splatted on her beak,
Under the morning sun.

The Space Faerie giggled
At the irony of that drop,
And thoughtfully dropped for her
A bucket and mop.
Also a wig to brighten her day;
The Duchess still wears it to this very day.

A Rainbow Of Colours
by Sharnee_sparkle

Is your ‘pet sick of their colour?
Do they simply want a change?
To strut about proudly,
I know there’s something you could arrange.

Firstly, go to the Trading Post,
Armed with Neopoints many,
Explore the lots and find a paint brush,
Then make an offer on any!

Then take your ‘pet and paint brush
To the famous Rainbow Pool,
Every colour you could imagine:
The variety will make you drool!

Cool, crystal waters;
Shining, blazing sun;
Together make a rainbow,
It looks like a lot of fun!

Then stand in the lengthy queue
And watch other ‘pets walk by,
Looking lovely in their new colours,
I hope the pool never gets dry!
Finally, your turn has come
To give your ‘pet a great new look,
Write your name and address
So it can be recorded in the book!

Put your ‘pet into the pool
And offer them the lovely brush,
Watch them snatch it from your hands,
It’s in their nature to rush!

The bubbles cover her body,
It only takes a second,
Take your ‘pet out and dry her --
She looks lovely now, I reckon!

The loveliest of them all,
A stunning shade of fire,
The other 'pets all stare,
Of her they do admire!

Next time, when you’ve saved up,
Pick a ‘pet from The Pound,
Paint it an awesome colour.
They’ll be thankful of it, you’ve found!
