Saving Altador
By Nelliora

Deep beneath the starlit skies
Underwater there she lies
Deep below the water masses
Unaware the time still passes.
Pretty necklace, tainted powers,
Quiet nights and stormy hours,
A thousand years without a sight
Of any kind of glimpse of light.
We don't want her back to life
Causing tumult, war and strife,
And so we'll do our everything
To help the Lupe, our mighty king.
Finding correct combinations
For the different constellations,
You will hear our cheering voices
'Cos we've made the best of choices,
Saving our own Altador
From another dreadful war.

Siyana: First to Rise
By Stariell

Siyana,
Mark her out in stars,
Recall her name,
When others fade.
Years pass by,
But nothing mars,
The heroine's tale,
Or the lands she made.

Siyana,
Called the first to rise.
Recall the sun,
In her Faerie gleaming,
Look up at dawn,
Drawn in night skies,
She watches over,
All those still dreaming.

Siyana,
The constellation's name,
Recalls a hero,
Of the ancient days.
A village warned,
When threat close came,
To the ending of
Their peaceful ways.

Siyana,
Look for the brightest star,
Recall a legend,
From Altador's past.
First to Rise,
Spread the word afar,
Now history,
May tell her tale at last.

The Hunting of the Xweetok
By Elfgirl_15

A sudden howl upon the breeze
Strikes my heart with fear.
The rhythm of the Dark Lupes' paws-
Jhudora's Hunt is here!

They have already sighted me,
And so the Lupes give chase.
If I can reach my hidden lair
Then I will win the race!

Through a field and over a gate,
I'm in Illusen's Glade now.
Dodge a tree, jump a bush,
I'll make it home somehow!

I leap inside my secret den,
The Lupes have lost my track.
Illusen appears and drives them off-
She'll make sure they don't come back!

And so, my Neofriend, beware
If you are exploring alone,
Jhudora's Hunt are fearsome beasts-
A Xweetok's safer at home!

The Snowager's Lair
By Random_Twilight

The pallid moon doth faithfully guard
The sleeping lands below,
Her hoary rays of moonbeams dance,
Across the fallen snow.

No breath of wind disturbeth now,
The limbs of snowy trees,
Silver frost shackles the ground,
And lines the shadowed leaves.

Deep within the mountain's heart,
As legends often told,
A sleeping beast guards its prize,
A golden treasure old.

And when the beast is sleeping sound,
Around its nest doth creep,
A few courageous Neopets,
Stealing riches from its heap.

The few brave souls that enter
Are rewarded with their lives,
And as a souvenir,
They grab a golden prize.

But should the slumbering beast awake,
They all flee at the sight,
No creatures will come to steal
Its treasure for tonight.

The Disco Kau
By Curlycyn

His hooves were a torrent of noisiness
Upon Neopia's moor
His moo was a ghostly breath smoke
As he neared the old barn door

And the Disco Kau kept dancing, dancing, dancing
The Disco Kau kept dancing
And the dairy maids clamored for more

He wore painted flowers on his forehead
Had neon green for his hide
Purple hooves to dance on
And purple and pink on his side

As the Disco Kau kept dancing, dancing, dancing
The Disco Kau kept dancing
While the dairy maids begged for a ride

He paid no mind to the dairy maids
He listened not to their pleas
The music called to his fleet feet
Like seagulls call to the sea

And the Disco Kau kept dancing, dancing, dancing
The Disco Kau kept dancing
Through breakfast, lunch, and tea

The Disco Kau kept dancing
His hooves kept time with the beat
The Disco Kau kept dancing
The ground burned up 'neath his feet

And the Disco Kau kept dancing, dancing, dancing
The Disco Kau kept dancing
Dancing
Disco
Kau
