When my Neopet is feeling low.
A ZIP and a ZAP,
It only takes a flash.

Eating a faerie bubble
Will make my Neopet's hunger subtle;
Or maybe a Earth Faerie Sundae
To help make mine and my Neopet's day?

Visiting Faerieland, the mass of rock
Is much more fun from the view up top.
What's an even better view is from the castle,
Where you can watch the Poogle race hassle.

Friendly Faeries welcome you everywhere,
Their love and care you can't help but share.
Faeries of all kinds, from water, to fire,
They're all someone to admire.

My Fetching Brilliant Green Faerie Wings

When I put them on I feel free,
and it's much easier to sightsee.
They were magnificently created
by Iyana, as it had been stated.

Their design is without a flaw --
if there was one I would guffaw
because I'd clearly be mistaken,
so I will choose to be forsaken.

They're certainly the only wings
that make me higher than kings.
I easily glide into the clouds,
which are like alabaster shrouds.

The emerald green colours dance
in the sunrays if given a glance.
It is surely a sight to be seen,
especially if you're on a ravine.

Since I can't be an earth faerie,
these wings must have me to carry.
Each time I put them on my back,
all my senses do a jumping jack!

Baelia's Soliloquy

Here atop the clouds I sit,
Staring down on the faeries who know happiness,
The ones who can feel joy,
And fly towards the sky and smile 
At the sun's rays on their faces,
These are the Faeries
Who know not the woes I feel,
Nor can they sympathize

For they still have their magic,
They still have beautiful, colorful wings,
They are the embodiments of a Neopet's hope,
Of their joy and wonder,
With serene voices that can lull 
Any beast to a calmed state
And they have powerful spells
They can use for anything

As for myself,
I lost that all long ago.
I knew that joy and grandeur,
And it slipped through my fingers.

So, here I sit,
A grey faerie.
One whom everyone overlooks
Simply because I'm not beautiful and colorful,
Or strong with powerful spells
Like all the other faeries
Who take it all for granted.
For for those of us who lost our magic,
All we can feel is pity for ourselves
And envy for those who can't even realize
Just how lucky they are.

For, they're still special,
And I am still just Baelia the mopey grey faerie.

Faeries: The Unknown

I Wanna Be A Faerie!

I wanna have wings that swoop in the sky!
With a long, sparkling dress
And glittering heels that click as I walk by.

I would travel far, from home to home,
My gossamer wings happily sprinkling dust!
There would be nowhere I wouldn't fly --
I most go everywhere, I really must!

I would have golden hair and emerald eyes
Pale, soft skin -- softer than almond milk.
Pearls would be scattered in my hair...
Each lock so bouncy, touch like silk.

"I wanna be a faerie!" -- I really do...
I sit daydreaming and writing into my book.
The little faeries on the pages smile at me,
I sigh and give my notes one last look.

The Light Faeries' Sunrise

Before the sun makes silhouettes 
of Terror Mountain’s peaks,
the stillness of dark morning’s air
is what light faeries seek.

They wake in Pteri feather beds,
all adorned in gold.
They stretch and flutter from their nest
to watch the day unfold.

Small wings do carry up to trees,
to secret hiding place,
all decorated with precious gems 
and dangling bits of lace. 

They huddle close and watch the creatures
wandering down below.
They count down seconds until they see
their planet all aglow.

One points out across the sea.
The tip of sun is there.
Faeries rejoice for the morning light.
They’re dancing everywhere!

The sun grows quick above the sea
and light surrounds their glade.
Sparkling inside the hanging gems,
a kaleidoscope of colors they’ve made!

Rumor Of Ilere

She dwells in the woods,
as strange fae are wont to do.
You know who I'm talking about, dear,
that pretty thing with the eyes 
made of the tallest trees and hair the color
of fresh grown grass.

When Ilere first started walking the forest
shadows skulked into the town,
bringing unavoidable chills, the kind
that freeze the marrow and bind
the fingers, no matter how thick your fur
or how warm your coat.

She keeps to the woods,
lyrical and hooded,
bright-eyed and glowing,
blessings from both the night and the earth.

Dried leaves and wilted flowers
pour from her baskets,
hair of Uni and teeth of Lupe
mixed into a soup of spells
long forgotten by mortal Neopets.

She dwells in the woods,
Ilere the fae of darker tongues.
She bewitches the lost 
and aids those without hope.
An oxymoron of a faerie, some say,
but she wouldn't go after you, my dearest.
You're woefully inadequate for her purposes.

Faerie Quests One

A dark faerie sits alone with her arms crossed.
She wears a look that says you should get lost.
She says you're a nuisance,
Gives you endurance,
Her eyes bore into you like they're made of frost.

A water faerie swims, seeking a good book.
She would herself, 
Except she can't leave the brook.
For you, as recompense,
She'll reward defence,
She's no Fountain Faerie, for which you mistook.

An air faerie swoops, looking like a beauty.
She glances over at you and gives a plea.
Your 'pet, plus two in speed
If you should succeed,
She'll go on her way, maybe a shopping spree.

Light faeries ask for a collectable card.
They are treated with a very high regard.
You don't risk the gamble,
To lose a level,
What is asked of you, it is not very hard.

Fyora, the queen, sees us as a treasure.
Fulfill tough requests, rewards beyond measure.
Level, strength, and hit points
To thee she anoints,
For serving her is always such a pleasure.

Delina, the sly Crafting Faerie, will smirk.
Out of the dark shadows is where she did lurk.
The items from the Mall,
If you can recall,
Go well together, shows a master at work.

All together, they are the uber faeries.
Which one you may receive, it always varies.
There are Random Events
Until she presents,
You probably won't come across one of these.
