Headless Von Roo Plushie
by indulgences
What happened to this plushie toy???
This thing is sadly ripped!
It's missing Von Roo's orange head.
It's barren, sad and snipped!
A cloak of darkest, blackest hue
No longer shields its neck.
This plushie toy is headless now.
This plushie is a wreck.
Its tail and feet are still intact.
It's just the head that's gone.
A belly made of yellow cloth
Is soft as sheer chiffon.
If only this dear plushie toy
Still had a head to hug!
I'll sew one on my plush someday,
With sure and tender love!

The Delightful, Fun, And Not At All Frightening Quigquig Plushie
by dianacat777
Pets these days want pretty dolls
With silky velvet sheen.
Pink and white and blue fabric –
So painfully mainstream.
You can keep those boring dolls;
I know just the toy for me.
The one, the only, the unique –
It’s the Quigquig Plushie!
It’s soft and purple, what delight!
With friendly arms held wide,
Charming lumps in the stuffing,
And stitches up the side.
Before you ask, let me remind
Two heads always best one.
Two smiles bright, can’t you agree
Two heads are twice the fun?
Who needs a body anyway?
These designers hit the mark
Though I have to wonder, just a bit –
Why are the eyes so dark…?
No matter! Can’t you see the charm
Of… reaching, grasping hands…
Well, vacant stares like this must be
Always in high demand.
The seamwork is… well, nevermind.
This plush is quite unique!
…Did it just move? I must admit,
I’m getting rather freaked.
Two heads lets you accessorize!
Unless it’s a dress to wear.
That might not fit… well, then… maybe…
Please, make it stop that stare!
Maybe it’s a sleeper hit
For fans of the spooky.
Just get this Quigquig Plushie
Quite far away from me!

Psellia the Air Faerie
by skaterseeny
Psellia the Air Faerie sits on a cloud,
Where the Cirrus petpets float by in a shroud,
Her eyes downcast and her heart too proud
To voice her thoughtfulness out loud.
Why is a Faerie with wings endowed
Unless down to the world below allowed?
She said aloud as her Sparky bow-wowed,
She sang to herself as her Angelpuss meowed.
The lovely Air Faerie sits perched on her knees
On a fluffy white cloud far above the trees,
Over all the different lands and in-between the seas,
The map of Neopia laid out below she sees.
With gossamer wings she flies with ease,
Drifting on the wind and floating on the breeze,
On Faerie wings you may go wherever you please,
But a restless heart is hard to appease.
Her haloed Angelpuss is a flying feline,
Her precious petpet beloved and benign,
Her Sparky likewise is a winged canine,
Loving and loyal without decline.
Angelpuss comes to your arms, feather-light and small,
Sparky will always come back when you call,
The Air Faerie’s heart may fly or fall,
While up overhead she watches over all.
Where the Pteris fly and the Novas shine,
From up on a cloud the view is divine!
The pretty Air Faerie though is heard to pine,
If only I had a friend to call mine!

My Lucky Day
by jetaketa
Strolling Neopia Central
There's a hum in the air
Neopians share shopping
Without a single care
I walk past the bread shop
Tempted to grab a treat
But instead I pursue onwards
There's no time to eat
I'm dashing and running now
My pockets are full
I have an agenda
And I must be responsible
I hear the my nerkmids clinging
In the satchel I carry
What fortune awaits me
Should I be more wary?
I've invested my money
Thirsting to win
As I get closer and closer
I notice the chaos begin
I speed my pace up now
Bright lights blinking and flashing
An Alien Aisha is waving
The spaceship is landing
Why am I running?
For what am I spending?
It's simple my darling
To gamble with vending!!

City of Geraptiku
by andromedric
For every golden ray of summer
Therein lies a chill beneath:
A whisper of what was forgotten,
an echo, a gnashing of teeth.
And Mystery Island is no exception
Though it heeds the tropical game,
For in the depths of its tallest trees
Is the story of how it got its name.
A muddy depth away from the sun
Will lead you to the city of the old,
Where laughters become mere echos
Now replaced by the shrills of the cold.
A tomb of a lost story stands tall
Frightening those who move forth,
And legends tell that some who venture
Were never remembered thenceforth.
And if you've been careful this whole time
And have not let your spirit stir,
A faraway hiss from an unseen one
May drive your mind to a blur.
No book has recorded the true mystery
Of how Geraptiku fell from the scene,
And adventurers hope that its history
Will no longer remain unseen.
But as long as the cursed city remains
The mystery of the island still glows
Trust not the natives nor the land
They don't say everything they know.
