Oh, Rent-a-Brute
by Trubiekatie

I walk into the arena
And you’re staring at me.
Surely, now’s the time
For me to quickly flee.

You’re big in size,
And built so strong.
Once we start fighting,
I won’t last very long.

Part of the Brute Squad,
You are truly quite tough.
I’ll fight for my faction,
But this could be rough.

I have fought your friends
Who are tougher than you!
I am healing so often;
Will I make it through?

My leader is not happy
That I’ve come with a loss.
I was fighting the easiest;
Not even your faction boss!

I think, next skirmish,
I’ll side with your team.
You’ll get me all strong
With your training regime.

Double Or Nothing Was The Name
by Nariko2021

On a journey I began,
I met the greedy Snargan.
He asked to play a game,
Double or Nothing was the name.
He tossed the coin in the air;
I hoped this game was fair.
To the ground it fell --
Did I win? I couldn't tell.
"You cheated!" Snargan cried.
I looked where the coin lie,
I was filled with glee.
The coin lay next to me.
Heads, I won ten,
Double or nothing was on my mind then.
Another flip, tails.
It was my time to set sail.
I'd spent enough.
The game was very tough.

Krawk Island
by Rated_arr

Some may call it dangerous,
A place where pirates roam.
Yet swindlers and scallywags
Simply call it "home."

A place where you can become strong,
Find treasure, and explore,
Make bets on beasts who eat great feasts,
Or go from rich to poor!

When you go to Krawk Island,
Bring plenty of dubloons.
You're sure to find a game of chance
Within several saloons.

It's a place known for its energy,
And this island's far from quiet.
Join the fun, be boisterous!
Become an honorary pirate!

So, find yourself a sturdy ship
with which to journey here.
Just please beware, the rapids
Make it mighty tough to steer!

A Lump Of Sand
by Dortho

While on the beaches,
And near the sea,
There may be lump,
As clear as can be.

Not knowing what it is,
Or why it's there,
The curiosity can be,
More than one could bear.

It could be treasure,
Or nothing at all.
Maybe a Draik egg,
Or someone's lost bouncy ball.

What if it's a Meepit
Taking a nap?
If so, awakened,
Would it likely bite with a snap?

The breezes blew in all different directions,
And what do you know?
That mound of sand did grow!
What's beneath it, you may never know.

One way to learn
Is to have a map that's completed,
If there's nothing on the shore,
Don't feel defeated!
It could be an avatar or a Draik egg, too,
So I wouldn't give up if I was you!

A Poem From The Merchants Of Neovia
by Reynalddut_7

We are the merchants of Neovia,
And this is our beloved town.
Prigpants doesn't have the greatest gown,
But their clothes are the best in Neovia.

Welcome sir, shall I measure your coat?
Please sit down, have some tea.
To serve and dress you is our oath;
I think this new pants matches your knee.

We both think that hat looks amazing
On top of your precious head.
You'll be the envy of all 'pets,
They will certainly be praising.

I am the Crumpetmonger of Neovia,
My crumpets are simply the best in town,
This tart will rid of your frown --
My shop is better than a pizzeria.

Welcome sir, shall I bake you a scone?
Please taste my newest creation.
If it tastes bad, please don't moan,
The recipe came from a space station.

A cup of tea, my dear?
The tea would go well with that biscuit;
I have some gifts for you this year,
It's a delicious pie made of brisket.

I am the reporter of Neovia,
Bringing you the latest scoop,
These stories didn't came from my ideas
But from an interview with a group.

Welcome sir, shall I start asking questions?
What happened down at the obelisk?
Can you give us any suggestion?
Do you think they're taking too much risk?

Enough questions, we should talk.
We don't have much time.
So, eyes on the clock,
What do I hear? This conversation rhymes.

The Merchants of Neovia sure babble a lot,
But they're not doing it for the cash.
Their items will never rot,
And you'll get a potato
That has already been mashed.
